We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request deletion of your Wheels account.

📧 How to Request Account Deletion

    Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Wheels"

    Include the following information:
    • Full name (as registered in the app)
    • Email address used for login
    • School name (if applicable)

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account

🗑️ Data permanently deleted within 30 days:

  • Your account credentials (name, email, phone number)
  • Your profile information
  • App activity logs associated with your account

📁 Data retained for legal/safety compliance:

  • Historical trip logs with timestamps (required for school safety records - kept for 3 years)
  • Student pickup/drop-off records (anonymized after 30 days, but timestamps retained)
  • Location data from completed trips (anonymized after 30 days)

Some data must be retained to comply with child safety regulations and school transportation legal requirements.

⏱️ Response Time

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
